  • How do I make a booking
    You can get a quotation and make a reservation directly on this website or by calling us on 01255 22 41 22
  • What do I need to bring with me to rent a Van, Minibus or Car?
    A full UK driving licence held for at least 2 years. With no more than 6 points Have your own credit card or debit card and be aged 21 to 69. (70 or over call for information)
  • How long do I need to have a driving licence for?
    You must have held your licence for at least 2 years.
  • What is the cost to add additional drivers?
    To add an additional driver, the cost is from £20
  • I have some endorsements on my driving licence. Can I still hire from you?
    If you have 6 points or below on your licence you can still hire from us. If you have above 6 points or have a IN, DD, DR or BA endorsement that is within less than 5 years you are not able to hire from us.
  • What is included within the rental price?
    Unless otherwise stated, your rental price is fully inclusive of insurance costs. You will be given a Rental Agreement to check and sign.
  • Does the vehicle come with fuel?
    The vehicle will be provided with a quarter of a tank of fuel and must be returned filled to the same level.
  • How do I Pay for the vehicle?
    All major Credit Cards – such as Eurocard/Mastercard and Visa – are accepted. Switch, Maestro and Visa Delta Debit Cards are accepted.
  • What happens if I want to keep the vehicle longer than planned?
    If you wish to keep the vehicle longer than the contracted period, this must be agreed with us beforehand.
  • What do I need to check before driving the vehicle away?
    It is important you check the vehicle for any damage to help assess any damage that occurs during your rental. You will be asked to sign a Pre Rental Inspection document at the start and end of the rental.
  • What is the cancelation policy?
    Please note once you have made a card payment you have 24 hours to cancel with a full refund. After the 24 hours period you will be issued with a credit note for the full amount to be used once within 12 months of payment date. Please note once you have selected another date to use the credit note this cannot be moved or changed
